stay-at-home body

the more I think of how close I am to finishing the term, the more I start to feel as if the weeks are going by slower. I have a teaching presentation due on monday, to be presented to a 5th grade class on thursday. Sometimes, on really dismal semestres such as this one, I wish that I had a stunt double. I’d let him do all of the dirty work, while I stay at home and wait for him to tell me how his day went. Completely rested, of course.

I’d make a good homebody.

Je suis plein des craintes, parce que j’ai un coeur brisé. Bien que j’aie récupéré, Je me sens encore la douleur, et je souhaite que toutes mes craintes partent. Mais pour maintenant, je sais seulement de la façon dont votre tête se repose de mon côté tandis que vous dormez. Et pour maintenant, ce sera assez, parce que je sais que quand je réveille le lendemain matin, je me réveillerai à vous, et non mes craintes. Je sais ceci, parce que je t’aime. Et c’est assez jamais de dire dans une vie. J’aurais besoin de mille vies pour commencer même à justifier le sentiment d’un mot qui est si immesurable, cela que je peux seulement parler de l’amour sous mon souffle, étouffé sous des désirs ardents doux des vies de venir.

J’ai toujours été nul en français…. :/

the morning blend

As far as I can remember, and for as long as I’ve accorded myself with the time, I’ve always felt that the weekends, at least the morning parts of them anyway, are best spent tangled under the sheets, lounging around for an immeasurable amount of time. I suppose that aspect of the weekend has always been my favourite, and if could, I would bottle up my mornings and serve them quite endearingly, alongside the glass of my afternoon tea, if only to remind myself of the morning to follow.
